Nature’s Soul is a premium organic retail brand operating in a highly competitive market. The 800 sq. ft. store was designed to accommodate 2,000+ SKUs, making spatial planning and merchandising particularly challenging.

The project scope included concept design, project management, and custom furniture production. The store was carefully planned to balance product density with a clear customer experience, creating a distinct brand edge despite limited space and high inventory requirements.
