Samsung Smart Café

Samsung launched the Samsung Smart Café format as a dedicated mobile retail experience across India. The initiative involved a large-scale rollout of Samsung mobile stores, requiring consistency, speed, and execution control across multiple locations.

The scope of work included rollout management, site reconnaissance, design and working drawings, and project coordination. The rollout covered 500+ outlets across North and East India, delivered through a structured and scalable execution framework.

The project focused on maintaining uniform brand standards while managing high-volume execution across diverse site conditions.
