Sephora is a global cosmetics brand. The project involved the execution of a pilot store at Select City Mall, Saket, conceived as a black-and-white luxury retail environment aligned with the brand’s global identity.

The scope included design adaptation, project management, and general contracting coordination, ensuring precise execution of finishes, fixtures, and detailing in line with brand standards.
