Titan Flagship

Titan is a reputed watch retailer with a strong national presence. The flagship store in Bengaluru was conceived to showcase Titan’s complete product range, along with multiple international brands under the Helios format, within a single large-format retail environment.

The scope of work included design development, support and project management, carried out in collaboration with Kingsmen, the Singapore-based retail design consultancy. The project focused on spatial planning, coordination, and execution alignment to achieve high visibility and seamless customer movement across the store.
